We want you to love your kovi pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

RETURNS

Eligible returns are received within 14 days of delivery and will receive kovi store credit . Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchases.

To begin a return, please email helloKovi@yahoo.com with your order number.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, stains, and odors
• Returned with original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact helloKovi@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

FINAL SALE

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items
• Jewelry
• Accessories
• Bodysuits
• Undergarments
• Gift cards

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kovi is not responsible for lost return packages.

Store credit will be issued after your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
