PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (and often ship same day). Please allow up to 3 business days during new arrivals, collection launches, sales, or holidays.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pickup may be available for customers in our area by appointment only. If you’re local and would like to arrange a pickup, please email us at hellokovi@yahoo.com before placing your order to see if you’re eligible.

 

 

 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, kovi is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we’re always happy to help.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. kovi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
